1pm update - a touch of weakness

Equities have turned a little lower ahead of the FOMC, and in some ways, this is ironically bad for the bears. The bigger daily cycle is offering a clear fail at the 50dma, but for now.. its getting increasingly messy. USD is similarly choppy, -0.1% @ DXY 94.90s.
