11am update - clear skies this afternoon

US equities remain moderately lower, with the opening reversal itself... failing. VIX remains extremely choppy..  Meanwhile.. for those in southern England.. the skies are clearing of aircraft.. as night falls. Bearish XLK. Oil remains in collapse mode, -1.8% in the $58s

Summary

So... we're still moderately weak.... and the big sp'2000 threshold remains the natural target.... should in theory equate to VIX 22s.

11.31am.. 50dma @ sp'2000.... its pretty obvious where we're headed.   VIX remains VERY twitchy though...


11.33am.. Russia market loses the CRITICAL 800 threshold... new low of 784.... headed for mid 500s.
