1pm update - chop before a rollover

US equities are holding moderate gains, sp +14pts @ 2118. Some degree of late day weakness looks probable, with a daily close in the 2112/08 zone. USD is holding fractional gains, +0.1% in the DXY 97.40s. Metals are in churn mode.. before the next wave lower, Gold -$1.  Oil remains weak, 0.9%.

Awaiting a rollover this afternoon.. although clearly, a net daily gain (if minor) looks due for most indexes.

The 'entertainment' should resume tomorrow for the equity bears.

notable strength: AAPL +1.7%, as the Nasdaq comp' is a mere 1% from breaking the March 2000 high.
