10am update - opening gains

US equities open moderately higher, and are already in the sp'1940s. First target remains 1970, and that looks a given, whether by Friday/next Tuesday. VIX is naturally continuing to cool, -9% in the 21s. Oil is bouncing, +2.2% in the $31s. Gold -$10.
