3pm update - closing hour chop

All things considered, it will surely be a quiet hour to end the day. The main indexes remain mixed, with a pretty strong Dow, whilst the Nasdaq remains slightly red. VIX is showing a fearless market...in the 12s. Incredible...but then..I'm easily surprised.
