3pm update - new pope, economic green shoot

The main indexes are holding slight gains. The USD is still holding reasonable gains, and did indeed break into the 83s earlier.  Oil and the metals trying to recover from earlier declines.  VIX could easily close back in the 11s.

*still holding SLV and USO, the latter of which is doing pretty well. Both look viable for gaps higher at the Thursday open.
