In chartists land, this is the most important hour of the trading month. Will the monthly charts continue to flag provisional warning signs of trouble? So far, it looks like they just about will.

Seeking closing hour weakness.

A close <1410 would be a real bonus.

VIX holding to moderate 6% gains.
