1pm update - twilight zone weirdness in VIX-land

The indexes have flipped to fractionally green, but things seem even weaker than Friday afternoon. The anomaly remains the VIX, still falling..-8% @ 17.12

Its not highlighted on the chart, but there is a possible inverse H/S on the VIX, but thats probably assuming way too much.

For now, the VIX just won't stop falling. Weird.
